How the process works

We start with a meeting where we go through the format, a realistic budget and the venue options, so that you have a clear picture. Then we move in stages: venue → timeline → vendors → concept and decor → details → final approvals. At every stage you see what is happening and why.

How far ahead should we start planning

Three to six months is the sweet spot. Earlier is possible, but usually it is extra stress: a year or more of planning wears people out. Later than three months gets harder — the choice of venues narrows, good vendors may have no dates left, and some decisions have to be made faster than you would like.

We work with different budgets, but we never take compromise decisions and never make «so-so» events. Quality comes first — in the decor, in the vendors and in the experience the guests take home, so we only work with proven professionals at that level. In practice this means a full one-day event rarely costs less than 20–25 thousand dollars — not a formal threshold but an honest reflection of what good planning takes.

What is your fee

12% of the total event budget. It is included in the estimate from the start.

We always have a plan B — for the weather, for force majeure, for a vendor falling through. It is built during the preparation, not invented on the spot: an alternative site in case of rain is mandatory, a backup vendor on the critical positions, a clear script for the team on site. Your job that day is not to solve problems but not to know about them.
