Who we are

kaievent.studio is owned by KAI EVENT STUDIO LLC, identification code 405808112, Tbilisi, Georgia. We are responsible for the data you leave on this website.

For any question about your data, write to info@kaieventstudio.com.

What we receive

• From the enquiry form: your name, how to reach you (phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or email), the date and format of the event and your message — only what you choose to type.
• From our correspondence: what you tell us about the event once we are talking.
• Visit statistics via Google Analytics: which pages were opened, from what device and country, which links were clicked. It does not tell us who you are.

We do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs and so on). There are no advertising trackers such as Meta Pixel on this website.

Why

• To reply to your enquiry and talk through your event.
• To prepare an estimate, sign and perform a contract.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.

We do not send newsletters and do not use enquiry contacts for advertising.

Legal basis

You send the enquiry yourself — that is your consent for us to get in touch. After that, the data is needed to prepare and perform the contract. We collect visit statistics in our legitimate interest: without them we cannot tell whether the website works.

Who else sees the data

• Hetzner Online (Germany) — website servers and storage in the EU.
• Telegram — the enquiry reaches the studio as a message in a work chat.
• Google — visit statistics (Google Analytics) and the Google Maps reviews shown on the website.
• The vendors of your event — venue, photographer, decor and others — receive only what they need for their work, and only once you are working with us.

We do not sell data or pass it on for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies

The website itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own (_ga and _ga_*) to tell new visits from returning ones. You can switch them off in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on — the website keeps working in full.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence — while we are talking and while the contract is in force, then as long as the law requires for contract records. An enquiry that did not turn into work is deleted on first request. Google Analytics statistics are kept for no longer than 14 months.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it or stop processing it, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@kaieventstudio.com — we reply within 10 working days.

If you believe we are breaching your rights, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge); EU residents can also contact the supervisory authority of their country.

Law

We process data under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection; for visitors from the EU we also follow the GDPR.

Changes

If the way the website handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
